Position Summary

We are seeking a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and supervising RBTs to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and skill assessments (e.g., ABLLS, VB-MAPP, Vineland).
  • Develop and oversee implementation of individualized ABA treatment plans.
  • Provide clinical supervision to RBTs and behavior technicians.
  • Train staff and caregivers on behavior intervention strategies.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical standards and payer requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation and data analysis.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB.
  • State licensure.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Position Overview

We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team and collaborate closely with BCBAs, RBTs, and families. This role focuses on functional skills, sensory regulation, and participation in daily routines, while maintaining clear professional boundaries and evidence-based practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for an OT who enjoys working in a team-based environment without being expected to practice outside their scope.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct OT evaluations and standardized assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized OT treatment plans
  • Address areas such as fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and functional participation
  • Collaborate with BCBAs to align OT and ABA goals appropriately
  • Provide caregiver education and training
  • Participate in team meetings and progress reviews
  • Maintain timely, accurate documentation in compliance with payer and regulatory standards
  • Uphold ethical and professional standards of Occupational Therapy practice

Qualifications

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Current state OT license in Kentucky
  • NBCOT certification
  • Experience working with pediatric populations
  • Experience with autism and developmental disabilities preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently while functioning as part of a team

About us

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with a passion to help children learn skills in a joyful environment.

The role of the Registered Behavior Technician is to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism or other developmental delays under the direction of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

*No experience is required. Beyond Behavior ABA and Learning Center, PLLC will provide paid training and help you achieve your certification.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work 1:1 with clients in the clinic, home and/or community settings
  • Provide a fun, inviting, and supportive culture for children to facilitate an optimal learning environment
  • Consistently implement treatment plans with fidelity under BCBA supervision
  • Accept and apply feedback
  • Collect and maintain accurate data and clinical notes utilizing data collection software
  • Participate in on-going training, evaluations and meetings, as required
  • Communicate effectively with the BCBA
  • Communicate appropriately and effectively with colleagues and families, as needed
  • Work ethically and with integrity while following the BACB Ethical Code
  • Understand and adhere to HIPAA policies maintaining the confidentiality of our clients and their families
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High School Diploma (relevant college degree and coursework is preferred)
  • Strong desire to work with children and help children with developmental disabilities learn new skills
  • Commitment to become certified and maintain the certification as an RBT
  • We have full time and part time positions, you must be available Monday-Friday 8 am - 4 pm.
  • Must have reliable transportation and possess a clean driving record and proof of automobile insurance
