What You'll Do
As a BCBA, you'll lead a team dedicated to providing high-quality, evidence-based ABA services while mentoring staff and helping children reach meaningful milestones.
● Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS, and Vineland.
● Develop individualized treatment plans and oversee implementation.
● Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and feedback to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
● Coach families and caregivers on effective behavior strategies.
● Monitor client progress, analyze data, and adjust programming as needed.
● Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with BACB ethics and payer requirements.
What We're Looking For
● Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
● Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
● Kentucky licensure (or eligibility).
● Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
● Passion for mentoring others and helping children succeed.

Beyond Behavior ABA is a child-centered ABA provider committed to delivering high-quality, ethical, and individualized services to children and families. We believe in true interdisciplinary collaboration and value the role Occupational Therapy plays in supporting functional, meaningful outcomes.
Position Overview
We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team and collaborate closely with BCBAs, RBTs, and families. This role focuses on functional skills, sensory regulation, and participation in daily routines, while maintaining clear professional boundaries and evidence-based practice.
This is an excellent opportunity for an OT who enjoys working in a team-based environment without being expected to practice outside their scope.
Responsibilities
- Conduct OT evaluations and standardized assessments
- Develop and implement individualized OT treatment plans
- Address areas such as fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and functional participation
- Collaborate with BCBAs to align OT and ABA goals appropriately
- Provide caregiver education and training
- Participate in team meetings and progress reviews
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation in compliance with payer and regulatory standards
- Uphold ethical and professional standards of Occupational Therapy practice
Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current state OT license in Kentucky
- NBCOT certification
- Experience working with pediatric populations
- Experience with autism and developmental disabilities preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently while functioning as part of a team

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
